  1.                           Quick Start of PEDIGREE

  3. For upgrading from version 1.xx of PEDIGREE, read 'PED1SEQ.DOC' first.
  4.  
  5. 1) Create a sub-directory on the hard disk to store the program and the
  6.    breed data files.  Make this the current disk and directory.
  7.    If the floppy disk is in drive A, type A:PED203
  8.    If the floppy disk is in drive B, type B:PED203
  9.    This will run a self-extracting archive program to place the
  10.    necessary files on the hard disk.

  12. 2) Type 'COPY PEDIGREE.DOC PRN' to make a hard copy of the documentation
  13.    file for this program.  This will print out 32 pages of information
  14.    on the operation of PEDIGREE.  It is formated for 80 characters per line
  15.    and 66 lines per page.

  17. 3) Type 'COPY PEDIGREE.ORD PRN' to print an order form for this program.
